Explore Monitor & Merrimac
In these adventures you have your choice of ATV or Razor to follow your guide through an amazing area. Monitor & Merrimac is one of the better areas to ride ATVs in Moab. There are so many different trails in this one area, you’ll never get tired of exploring them. Monitor & Merrimac consists of sandy washes with 10 ft. walls you can ride in and out of, creeks to cross, slickrock, and sand dunes. You’ll see dinosaur bones still in the rock, huge 100 ft. tall slickrock spires, and a natural tunnel you can walk through! We begin the trailhead 11.5 miles north of Moab, Utah, where your guide will provide you with very clear and detailed instructions on how to operate your ATV, as well as proper trail etiquette.

Hummer & Jet Boat Package Tours
For a full day of beauty and adventure, combine the extreme Hummer Tour with a scenic Jet Boat Tour adventure and spend even more time in the red rocks. This is our most popular combination tour and is great for all ages! You will enjoy the versatility of a Hummer along with the tranquility and beauty of the river by jet boat. The natural vistas of southern Utah is inspiring and constantly changing with every turn. The high to low views throughout the day will give you a great sense of the area and your guides will expand your knowledge of the geology, geography, and history of this varied land.
Choose your combination: the 2-Hour Hummer and 3-Hour Scenic Jet Boat Package Tour, the 2-Hour Hummer and 1-Hour Calm Water Jet Boat Package Tour or 2-Hour Hummer and 1-Hour Spin & Splash Jet Boat Package Tour.
Within minutes of departure on the Hummer tour, you’ll be scaling one of Moab’s famous red rock fins on your way to an area known as Hell’s Revenge.
Weave in and out of rock canyons, feel the excitement of climbing unbelievable sandstone hills, and learn about the geology and unique history of the area as you go. You will experience a spectacular overlook onto the Colorado River and Arches National Park, where you’ll have time to get out and take photos of the incredible surroundings, including awesome views of the La Sal Mountains. It’s the most exhilarating way to explore Moab’s unique backcountry in style and comfort.
After a hearty lunch break, you’ll step aboard the best equipped jet boat on the Colorado River for the 3-Hour Fun Run Jet Boat Tour. The boat glides down calm-water sections of the Colorado river in a covered boat to an amazing part of the area with unmatched scenery along the route. The 2,200 ft. canyon walls tower above as your guide skillfully navigates the river. Special features include a fossilized seabed, wonderful views of arches, Indian petroglyphs, and a unique view of an Indian granary. You will pass the bottom of Dead Horse State Park and Thelma and Louise Point before returning to our private dock.

David DaVinci Thrillusionist – Just returning from a 29 Country, 11 Month Long, World Tour! Suspend your disbelief with the magic of world class David DaVinci Thrillusionist as he introduces you to his augmented reality. Prepare to be mystified by mind boggling illusions and jaw dropping magic, seamlessly fused with exotic parrots that materialize from thin air. You’ll laugh, you’ll cheer, your jaw will hit the floor, as David DaVinci presents his interpretation of the age-old art of magic and illusions, in “Thrillusionist!”
Appearing at the David DaVinci Theater located inside of Canyonlands By Night. Performing every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (& Fridays during June, July, August, & September). Friday shows are adults only. Show runs approximately 50 minutes. Show is rated PG.
About David DaVinci:
David DaVinci is a world-class illusionist who has completed multiple world tours, starred in & co-produced “Magical Flight” at the Hyatt Regency Saipan, headlined on five Ringling Brothers & Barnum and Bailey Productions, Headlined at theme parks and on Disney, Holland America, Princess and Norwegian Cruise lines all over the globe. He has won multiple national and international awards including the Pacific Rim Professional Stage Championship, and the Masters of Magic Award.
David’s career started when he performed his first show in the 5th grade. By high school he was a local celebrity with performances at local restaurants like Red Robin, Chile’s and Blue Bayou in Spokane, WA. His career continued to explode and eventually took him to more than 50 countries, on five continents.
His illusions have been on seen on multiple television specials; Masters of Magic, Magic Planet, OTV in Shanghai and many others. DaVinci has performed for international royalty, and celebrities such as Rod Stewart, Shaquille O’Neal, Jennifer Garner, and Vanilla Ice just to name a few. From theme parks to casinos, his shows are always a hit. He is a well sought after entertainer for corporations as well, from AT&T to BMW and Lamar Outdoor Advertising.
Westwater Canyon Rafting
Westwater Canyon is a canyon of serene solitude surrounded by red sandstone spires. The river cascades through the ever-deepening sandstone monuments and into the narrow Black Granite Gorge. Here the river meets opposition from the canyon walls creating the fast and furious rapids giving Westwater its reputation of highly exciting raft trips on the Colorado. This trip is designed for adventure seekers and canyon lovers and especially those looking for great rapids on a remote and regulated river. The regulated river allows a better chance of seeing wildlife and just experiencing the true remoteness of the Westwater Canyon.
Named by National Geographic magazine as “The West’s Best Short Whitewater Trip,” Westwater Canyon is a spirited oar-powered and paddleboat trip on the Colorado River. Guides expertly row through exciting waves and swirling pools dwarfed by stunningly beautiful and unique black, gold and red canyon walls. Hikes to historic cabins, mysterious caves, and Indian petroglyphs punctuate the river’s course. Rapids such as Funnel Falls, Skull Rapid and Sock-it-to-Me provide plenty of excitement while calmer waters on the first and last part of the river offer a nice balance to the perfect day trip. Note: Water levels through Westwater Canyon do fluctuate throughout the year, providing varying levels of whitewater intensity based on the time selected. Use of paddleboats may depend on water levels. We reserve the right to not use paddleboats at certain water levels.
unWine’d and Dine Boat Cruise
Unwinding is really what vacation is all about, so step aboard as we put a glass of wine* in your hand and glide up river. Two thousand foot cliffs will surround you in the 1½ hour cruise. As you float back to our private dock you’ll enjoy live Western entertainment. Once you’ve returned, we’ll have a delicious dinner waiting for you. Total time for the jet boat and dinner is 2½ hours. Two drinks are included on the tour. * Beer, water & soft drinks are also an option.
Spin & Splash Jet Boat
This adrenaline pumping tour will take you up river to spin, jump and speed through rapids and along the Colorado River. The 1 hour tour will take you approximately 25 miles round trip all while playing some amazing rock music. Strap in, because this it one amazing ride!
Fun Run Jetboat
AM or PM trips are available and it’s a great way to beat the heat and enjoy the beauty of the area. The trip takes guests down the calm water section of the river in a covered boat to an amazing part of the area. The 2,200 ft. canyon walls tower above the boat as the guide skillfully navigates the river. Special features include a fossilized sea bed, wonderful views of arches, Indian petroglyphs and a unique view of an Indian granary. Guests will pass the bottom of Dead Horse State Park, Thelma and Louise Point and a natural amphitheater. The boat will turn around and head back up the river to return to our private dock located two miles North of Moab.
Sound and Light Dinner Show
For an ol’ time show and the finishing touch on a perfect day, come along and enjoy a cowboy style Dutch oven dinner and a slow moving evening boat ride on a calm part of the Colorado River. Canyonlands by Night has been offering this evening program since 1963. This is by far one of the most unique sound and light shows in the world and has been hailed by many as “the highlight of our vacation.” The Canyonlands area is unlike any other area in the world making this boat ride one of the most outstanding events in the world.
